In such a brief description, the Cavs have done it all this year, and still up to now, well they have not broken a single sweat. Well earned and they are not taking it for granted. As the slogan says "One Goal," the Cavs have decided that sweeping both teams in the first and second round is no celebration, the 2009 golden trophy is the only time for celebration.
In the first round they picked up a sweep, and oh yeah in the second round also. As for the third, where they will play either Boston or Orlando, they can't slack now. The Celtics and Magic can undoubtedly beat the Cavs, but can they beat the Cavs in Cleveland?
39-2 at home is not handed to anyone, so obviously if either the Magic or the Celtics want a chance at beating Cleveland in this unhurried seven game series, they should make a plan, like now! The Cavs are hungry, they had a successful season, anything shy of a championship will be a total heart-breaker.
They play like the best team and they have the best player King James. It will be very hard to take this playoff away from the Cavs, perhaps Dwight has to grab every rebound and block every shot. The Magic perform well against the Cavs (45-percent) and the Celtics don't they have lost in Cleveland the last 11 times they met!
The Magic have to step up, and the Celtics who have made a 7 game series their best friend, should avoid that. All game 7s are in Cleveland and neither of these teams seem to be able to beat the Cavs on their home court.
The Cavs are well rested and they earned it, since they wrapped up both of their series in just 4 games. The Magic forced a game 7 so LeBron and the Cavs have more time to rest and continue being the proven best. Rest can sometimes be a bad thing, causing teams to slack off and lose their offensive drive. With Atlanta, the Cavs did not slack after their long rest from sweeping Detroit.
Whoever the Cavs face they will be ready to wrap this series up as quick as they can and advance to the NBA finals where they belong. It's one goal and no one should hold them back from grabbing their goal!
Cavaliers all the way to the title.
i rather disagree. i see the lakers capturing it dirst.
